Now when I want create work order IoT i must go in service to IoT Alerts > chose alerts > Created > Create Case > Create Work Order > Schedule Work Order >Close Work Order
go to Schedule Board > plan work order....
After this work order is visible on phone can be started.... etc.
It's spend a lot of time when I need fast action...
Whether is possible, after exceeding the previously planned value from IoT (temperature,
push red button on the machine, etc.) create and pin automatic of work orders to person ?
For examples:
Operator push red button on maschin1 > person 1 from maintenance dep receive planned work order, and message on phone
On machine 2 on the sensor 9 i have exceeded temperature > person 2 form maintenance dep receive automatically planned work order, and message on phone
Where I can reduce steps wrote on begining ?
