when i tried to post item arrival journal i face the following error

Cannot edit a record in Inventory transactions (InventTrans). An update conflict occurred due to another user process deleting the record or changing one or more fields in the record.

only me who is using the application

    Have you tried closing and opening AX and creating a new arrival journal to post?

    yes i did , when i receive the quantity PO receipt it is working but when i do it by arrival message it is giving me this error
