Hello guys,
we just got this error message for the first time:
It appeared every now and then when booking sales orders.
However, it only occurred with one colleague, the others did not receive a message.
Now this error no longer occurs with the colleague in question.
What do we have to do so that the error does not occur again?
Hi, have you tried moving the database to another computer? Then install the same version of NAV? Does this problem still exist? As you mentioned, it could be a computer problem.

They might be more familiar with reading the event log in relation to Dynamics NAV.

Please verify in latest CU:
I believe in CU43 we backported memory improvements from BC13 to NAV100, it was due to the NAS that was slowly eating up memory. Best is to verify in latest CU first and then take it from there. Note that Dynamics NAV 2017 went out of the support, but you can verify with Dynamics NAV 2018 as well.
Best of luck, these issues are hard to troubleshoot.
Have you checked the event log on your server? You probably find more detailed debug information there.

Unfortunately, this does not help me, since the error only occurred when posting the orders from the list view.
In that overview there is no graph and the company was not changed.
I guess the problem is due to the fact that the computer is already some years old.
