How do I unlock stages in the business process flow ribbon?

Hello, I hae edited our business process flow ribbon in the opportunity entity many times, and I know how to do it. Then I was asked to edit the ribbon (changing the names, adding steps, etc..) in the Lead entity but 3 of the 4 stages are locked and I can not find where to unlock them and/or edit them. The one that is unlocked is editable, but the 3 locked ones are showing up nowhere. Please help!?

    Hi there,

    Business Process Flow is designed to guide the user on which stage he is located.
    It will link the entities in the background and max limit is 5 entities. If you are using the default BPF's in the lead entity, you can navigate to second form only when you save the before form (Mandatory fields must be filled) and if you want to edit the BPF's then you can edit under Settings>Processes>Business process Flows.

    Note: Before editing the BPF's you need to deactivate them.
