How to prevent Word from deleting the cache memory in NAV/BC

Hey guys,

I have the following problem.

I have created a function in BC that allows the user to see different data from a customer in a Word form.

Now the user can make changes in this document, select the complete document and copy it by control + c.

Finally he can open a new Word document and paste and save the changes.

If both Word documents remain open, the insertion works. If the first document is closed instead, I lose the cache, which is why the paste no longer succeeds.

Do you have any idea how I can prevent/deny the deletion of the cache?

Thank you ;)

    Hello,

I think this is more an Office type of question. You may want to press Windows Key + V, this is a very well hidden Windows feature. This shows the clipboard where you can also pin the copied items. Not sure if this will help you in any way though.

    Thanks.
