Hi everyone,
For a klient me and my colleague is trying to build an e-commerce site in the "LCS e-Commerce Site builder". We have used microsoft docs and the additional documentation from "Commerce in a day".
We get the integration to work between Dynamics F&O and the Site Builder with all products - product hierarchies and other configuration setup working and complete. The LCS - Headquarter setup and the Commerce Scale Units setup is also complete.
In the documentation we have completed every step until the end-to-end site testing where we are trying to:
Add a product to cart > Go through the checkout steps (Shipping, payment, contact). Here we get an error: "Something went wrong. Please try again later."
We do not get a order confirmation, and we do not see an order placement in Dynamics F&O. Please see attached image from the site builder.
Does anyone know a solution here to get the order confirmation and the order placed in Dynamics?

There is no straight answer to this issue.
If you have followed the existing documentation available at docs.microsoft.com/.../add-checkout-module, additional investigations are required on telemetry part.
Please open a ticket to Microsoft Support to have a deeper investigation on this.
