Scheduled for next 7 days--here i show not include the records which are already shown in today and tomorrow.

Any suggestions on how to achieve this?

    Hi Vighnesh,

You can do Advanced Find and save the advanced find view in dynamics crm.

You can save this views by clicking on the above "Save As" icon.

Hi Nithya, You got my requirement in a different way.

I want to have a view for next 7 days where i should not show the records that are included in today & tomorrow.

    Hi Vignesh,

This is really good requirement. But I can solve this half only. if you are selecting

Scheduled as next 7 Days, then that view will not consider Today's record. But unfortunately it will consider tomorrows record also.

In above example, I conidered created on date.

You could create a custom two option field on the appointment entity ("Due Today or Tomorrow?") and then have a background recurring workflow that updates this field each day for those appointments that are due today or tomorrow.  Then you can use this field in your view (i.e. Start Time equals Next 7 Days AND Due Today or Tomorrow does not equal Yes)

Thanks Ryan, I actually had the same idea but stuck on scheduling the workflow on daily basis.

Hey all, after hours & hours of research I actually found a solution which might sound weird to people.

    1. Create a custom field with wholenumber data type to calculate the difference value.

    2. Make it as calculated field type.

    3. Calculating logic = DiffInDays(scheduledstart, Now()); Ignore the condition.

    4. Create a custom filter in advanced find as shown in the below screenshot.

The output will be a list of records which do not include today (zero in our case) & tomorrow (-1 in our case).

If anyone has any doubts regarding this approach please drop me a message.

    Thanks.
