Hello,
how can i import contact information to existing customers through DIEF?

You can use existing entity if there is one or create new one. You dont know how to use DIXF or how to find entity or what ?
if you know how to do it, please send steps

Entity for customer contact Information (LogisticsElectronicAddress) does not exist, you have to create a new Entity.
I have looked in a Standard AX2012 R2 Version.

i did create a custom entity (through wizard) by selecting table (LogisticsElectronicAddress) however at compilation i received an error:
The argument should be a class.
Path: \Data Dictionary\Tables\DMFEntity\Methods\defaultEntityEx.

Diagnostic id: Err:107
note: i am using AX 2012 R3 CU12 (Kernel version: 6.3.6000.151)

sorry i can not help further as i am no developer, my advice search in internet with error message (sometimes helps), check issue search from Partner/Customer Source
maybe someone else can help you further
For customers, you can import contact information using customer entity itself, it has all contact fields available in it, if you have multiple contacts against each customer, you can use a role separator to add more contact in same column, for example - Phone number-9876543210;9876543211, two phone numbers you can provide in your file using role separator ";".
Please try this and let us know if you have more difficulties.

however i didnt find extension field within customer entity.
should i drag it from LogisticsElectronicsAddress to DMFcustomerEntity.

For extension values there must be a field in entity. Can you check a field name something like 'ElectronicPhoneLocal' for extension and try import.
If not then you might need to write a logic for that.

ElectronicPhoneLocal didnt work. i did search all DMFcustomerEntity fields having string size = 10 and try them but it didnt update.
