During the inter-store transfers some items are not able to be moved. The error on the screen says “this #### is not available”, however the item codes are available in both store and HQ.

Can you let me know:
1. Where are you creating the transfer (at HQ or at the store)?
2. When does the error occur?
3. Is there anything unique about the items that are not able to be moved?
4. Were the items created locally at the store(s)?
5. What is the Item Type of the items that cannot be moved?
For example, if I try and transfer a Non-Inventory item, the below error appears:

Just a note that Mainstream support for Microsoft Dynamics RMS 2.0 ended on July 10, 2016; and extended support ends on 7/13/2021:

This is less than 9 months from now; and you can continue using RMS after this date but technical support will not be available.
I would recommend checking with your partner in regard to what they may recommend as a replacement system after the extended support end date.
