Restrict user to post sales confirmation again if sales line details did not change.

Currently, the user still able to press confirm sales order again even the sales order line details did not change any information. 

i want to allow users to press Confirm Sales Order once only (unless SO has been modified).

Is there any setup can be done in dynamics 365 f n o?

    To my knowledge there is no setup or parameter that can be used to achieve what you try to achieve.

    It would require a customization to realize that.

    Hi p,

    Like Ludwig mentioned, there is no change tracking to prevent confirming a sales order again. As a customization, you can consider implementing a workflow or a simple 'isModified' field.
