Good evening,
When i send Customer Statement via email GP 2016 show me "PDF file not created" report otherwise via HTLM work fine but not look good. I need a PDF file.
Any suggestions is welcome.
Below my configuration:
I have GP2016 version 16.00.0579 (R2)
Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013
Windows 10

I know this thread is very old but did either of you find a solution to this? I am having the same issue but I am on GP2018.

Are you still having this issue or did you find a solution? I am having the same issue, also with GP 2016(R2).
I can email RM statements in HTML, but not PDF. I know the Adobe PDF is working correctly though as when the status report does come up I can "Send to" mail recipient as pdf and it will load a new email with the pdf of the report attached.
Also, it take about 15 or 20 minutes to pull up the status report even with only 1 statement being run. When I run the same statement as html, it takes about 1 second.
