Hi,
Can you help please.
I am looking to send an email with an attachment to a marketing list. It sounds simple, however I am self taught and struggling..

Dear CWASM,
The only attachment feature I know of is in "Quick Send" and I only see these for Flexible Billings.
That particular attachment feature is more for a summary invoice. You could probably put a URL link to download the file in the body
of the message..Quick send sends out invoices, statements and such, I don't see any function in its setup that allows for using attachments.
This is normally done in a setup screen (Flexible billings has an attachment field in the Billing information screen for example)
I checked another commonly used Quick Send setup in AR for a customer, and I don't see anything that would allow to attach a file other then the quick send invoice or statement
Naturally you can contact your consultant as you may be able to customize a quick send report to include the information you need.
