Merging Leads in Dymaics365

Hi Guys,

Is there a way to show merge leads in a view on a leads form? let's say If Lead A is merged with Lead B and Lead B becomes inactive. Now we want to be able to see what lead it was merged to in the lead form? In this case we want to see Lead B in a view when we open Lead A record. I was thinking maybe it can be done by adding a subgrid view with related records but I cannot make it work. 

Does anyone else have any suggestions?

Also is there a way to automatically merge leads in CRM based on email address? we can manually merge but looking at an option of merging leads automatically. any suggestions please?

    Hi 

    About how to auto-merge Leads in CRM, you could try to leverage below APIs:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/microsoft.crm.sdk.messages.mergerequest?view=dynamics-general-ce-9

    with above a reference, you could find that there is chance to give the merged to record a Guid or other relationship field you could customize. that way, you can implement the first requirement to link/show the associated record on original one.
