Production Performance Analytics

I am working to enable the Production Performance analytics tiles and cannot get much data to display.  I have refreshed the Production Cube entity store successfully, but the Production Performance page show blanks for all tiles.

By default, the Reported as Finished Month Offset and Requirement Date month offset field have filters set.  When I remove the Report as Finished filter, the aggregation tiles (what AX2012 would have called Cues) populate with record counts, summaries, etc. of all production in the system.  I do then receive an query error about too much data.  I have tried to enter other values in those filters without success.

Is there some additional entity or other type of action that I need to refresh to get the dates to filter correctly?

Thanks,

Lisa J

Posting an add on to this one.

We had a similar issue with the Warehouse Analytics page.  In that case, the page did not populate because the pdsRebateTable was a part of the view, but we did not have the Rebates table active for our licensing configuration.  To activate rebates, I used the Enable Maintenance mode in LCS and the activated Rebates from the System Administration, Setup, License Configuration, Process Distribution, Rebates.

I believe that I have this page active.  For all others with this issue:
    1) Remove the Full Reset batch job and regenerate using the manual refresh.  Look for a 'success' entry in the refresh log.
    2) Go to Organization, Setup, Calendars, Date Dimensions.  Make sure that the Date calendar Start and End Date includes the date ranges you want to display.
    3) Open the Analytics page and check the filters to ensure that the data needed is included.

After these steps I am seeing most of the tiles.  At this point, I believe the empty tiles refer to data that is unused in our system.
