SMS Text - Throttling Capability

Is there functionality in the Marketing App > Real-time Marketing > to setup/configure SMS Text - Throttling criterias?  I found information for email throttling but nothing for SMS.

    There is no such setting by now. You could submit an idea here to progress this feature here:
