Hi,

We have an issue in the Production Order Material Consumption.

The production order created , Estimated and the Material is consumed system wise

Now the Order has been reset to Created stage.

As per the system the materials are reversed to the original status as per the system transaction,

Again the production order is processed later with lesser qty.

In the meantime, the materials been consumed for other order and resulting in shortage

how to know the production orders been reset and processed again ,

Dont know how fa the production log data helps

kindly suggest

I have the same question (0)

    Hello Sriram GS,

Can you try to reformulate the question? I do not fully understand what you are looking for?

Are you interested in the user who reset the purchase order or the one who consumed the materials for another order?

Would be great if you could clarify.

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig,

I want to know the orders been reset and modified with Qty.

Reason is to track the order and its related transactions ( both created and reset).

    Hi Sriram,

You can see the production log on production order tab. Their would be production order detail on that as which time and date the the operation of a production was processed i.e. estimation, release, start, Raf & End.

There is no log if you want to see when the reset status functionality was used. However, you can see the journals for that in case of RAF, Start there would be negative lines showing that these orders are reversed.

Please mark YES against the answer that helps you. Thanks

    Warm Regards,

    Zain

    Hi Zain,

I already gone through the Production log. However, in the RAF log the negative figures indicate the material as  scrap/ rejection , resulting an cost impact in the Work / Production orders. I need to have the log or the details of the orders which has been reset and modified with the quantity

    Hi Sriram,

Can you tell me how are you managing the scrap process? Are you resetting the status of production order for managing scrap?

    Regards,

    Zain

To piggy back on this.  Is there an audit log for Orders.  Example Production, Sales, Purchase, etc.  Where it displays all changes, type of change, quantity, date, due date, start date, price,  user, etc.  Thanks!
