I have asked this question multiple times but want to try once more before this forum dwindles away.
Has anyone found a solution for RUNTIME ERROR 3711 that occurs while creating a PURCHASE ORDER. It is really a hassle to have to save a purchase order multiple times during creation to prevent having to recreate the entire order.
Windows 10 Pro, SQL Server Express 2014, RMS version 2.0.2022, Occurs randomly on all computers.
You may be best served to connect the workstation via Ethernet like the rest of the environment. A runtime error is typically attributed to lack of stability on the network, lack of available resources on the network, or conflicts between device drivers. If you are getting the error on one machine and it's wireless I recommend you address that first.

Hi - yeh, it still has been happening as you describe on a handful of our customers. Very random - maybe 1 time per week. We've advised these customers that this is a compelling reason to look at the various RMS replacement options like D365, RMH or Cloud Retailer.
