Hi I was trying to import from CSV for a specific topic in LEAD to update one specific field but the result was one new lead was created in addtion. Can this avoid duplitation somehow?

    Hi ryojii,

    If you want to update a field in Lead, please import it from excel:

    And please set Allow Duplicates to No:

    Because CSV can only be used to import new records but not to update existing records.
