Hi All ,

Ax 2012 R2 and cronous database ( 15 companies) Standard Ax database

AR - > Periodic - > Collections - > Collection aging Snapshot.

When I open this form - in the company range tab - it shows only 3 companies only.

Even that data base has 15 companies .. why showing 3 comapnies ?

    Hi Lally,

    The "Company Range Tab" in AR > Periodic > Collections > Customer Aging snapshot returns a list of company accounts in the OMHierarchyType table that are associated with the Centralized Payments HierarchyPurpose enumeration value for the specified company account.

    In other words, only the companies that are set up for centralized payments are available on this tab.
