We have several grids with disabled fields. We are unable to copy/paste data in specific cells (i.e. copying 2 cells and trying to paste those same cells on another row). It always creates a new row at the bottom of the grid.
Is there a way to copy/paste cells in a grid with disabled fields? Copy/paste works fine if we are using a grid without any disabled fields.
This is a Solomon screen we created ourselves. The disabled fields need to be visible to the user so turning off the visibility is not an option.
What about making the field invisible (If it is one that is never used obviously)
All I know is some of the customization glitches I've run across on the screens is madening sometimes, I feel your pain.
That didn't work for me. I even tried setting the tab stop to false.
You could change the tab order of the fields so the disabled field is past the last piece of data you're pasting on that line.
