New event: webinar how to skip webinar configuration

Hi,

I want to create a new event: webinar event. We are not using On24 to host our webinars but different provider. Is it possible to skip webinar configuration so I do not have to provide webinar details like webinar keys? I just want to have an information in the system that the webinar is hosted on the specific platform...

    In this scenario I understand that you can leave the format as in place and assign the webinar URL as a custom URL

    Hello Partner,

    I believe you may have similar events in future. Here are 3 options that I can suggest:

    • You could create a placeholder configuration and then reference the same for all such events if you have the Base service URL and are able to save the record.
    • Leave the config as is and just update your custom URL and any other details you may wish to record.
    • Microsoft should enable Teams integration in the next release- docs.microsoft.com/.../direct-integration-teams-live-events-teams-meetings
