I have multiple model database please let me know to switch model database.

The values are saved in RegEdit on AOS SERVER which gives information to AOS.
I am not sure if another model store will work for you if you have different names of model store. It follows the a specific pattern which is TransactionDBName_model.
If you can explain your question well, may be someone can help. At this point, your question has very less information. We don't know what is your infrastructure? How many AOS Servers. What is naming sequence of you Model store databases. Are all databases located on a single instance of sql server etc. I hope you can explain well than just a line in your question.
In the Dynamics AX Server Configuration utility you can select which model database to use.
