Unable to create new Price List in unified interface

I'm unable to create new Price Lists from the unified interface.

In the screenshot below I am logged in as System Administrator. On the left is the classic interface and the +New button is there. In the unified interface on the right the +New button is missing. I'm also unable to create new Price Lists from the Price List lookup field on the Account entity. In the classic interface I can still do this.

Has anyone else come across this? Is this expected behaviour in the unified interface?

We recently upgraded to Field Services v8 so I'm wondering if this has something to do with it.

Ok I figured this out not long after I posted this.

Issue was caused by the tick box being checked for Read-only in Unified Client. After I unchecked the box the ability to create a Price List in the unified interface was enabled.
