Bank Trans Access Removed after ABR Install

Hello - We have install Advanced bank Reconciliation and the normal screens for GP's bank transactions have disappeared. SA cannot access them either.

Has anyone seen this before or know a resolution?

I would not be 100% precise about this issue, to my knowledge Nolan Advanced Bank Reconciliation "replaces" the Standard Bank Reconciliation Module included in Dynamics GP.

ABR replaces the functionality of the standard Bank module but the options don't disappear from the menu. I installed this for a client the other day and the old menu options were still present.

Donnette, I'd recommend contacting Nolan's support team direct to get a resolution. Pete S or one of his colleagues will no doubt be able to resolve this for you quickly.

Issue resolved. Nolan does not replace GP's banking features.

The ISV unchecked the registration box for GP's standard Bank Reconciliation.
