Hi,

We have an option of 'User Setup' under System Administration>Users as in the below image. But the same option of User setup is not showing in one of my other D365 portal. I have checked the Feature Management but nothing was found different. Please help.

This is most definitely a custom setup.  Are you a system administrator in terms of security?

I've seen this happen with customizations in the past.  Make sure that the developer has added a security endpoint and that you assign that endpoint to a security role.  That way the user will be able to see it when they log out and back in again.

    Hi Umesh,

I don't see the option in the standard environment, you can check with your colleague if it is custom.

I think it is a custom menu deployed through a customization which may not be deployed on the environment you are looking at ? Please check if all the customization has been deployed on the environment you are looking at.

The version is 10.0.29. And the indent of doing the same is to configure the number of future and past days to post for a user.

The menu items is not showing for me either on 10.0.30. Can you check the version between the both environments ? What do yo intend to do through this menu ? May be the menu was renamed and moved inside some other menu item. Can you check "User options" if they both mean the same ?
