In the purchasing process I want to restrict the user from purchasing more than the quantity that are existed in the Activity from the planer in project management and accounting module

Hi Islam,

There is an option to enable PO approval workflows. In that case, there would be someone who can review if the quantity is correct. If you want to prevent the user from entering a quantity that is too high, you can only solve this with a customization to check the quantity planned for the project.

Hi Islam,

With the budget control feature, you can restrict allocations that are higher than budgeted.
