CryptographicException ASP.NET events 1309: Error occurred while decoding OAEP padding

Hello,

we have 2 CRM 2011 with ADFS experiencing repeated events 1309 on both servers.

Most visible result is inability to get reports. The event 1309 is generated and report window is blank.

    The reports can be tricky, especially when you factor ADFS into the mix. Can you navigate to the URL of the report server and within the CRM instance folder run nay of the reports? Also, from within CRM are you able to run any of the out-of-the-box reports like the User Summary? Have you opened the Configuration Manager on the reports server and configured anything?

    It turns out that one of the servers had Windows Authentication enabled=false in applicationHost.config

    Since that was aligned, event disappeared on both servers in the array.

    Reports are rendered most of the times.

    I can now focus on other issues such as "A Sandbox Host is not available." ;-)
