InstantiateTemplate serviceappointment template is empty

Hi!

I try to get a filled out template to send an apppointment confirmation. I set the templateid to the id of the service appointment template, the objectype to serviceappointment and the objectid to the serviceappointment, for which the confirmation should be send/filled out.

But the return of InstantiateTemplate is an empty value (value: []

The id of the service appointment is correct and the id of the service appointment template is also correct.

Could anyone be so kind to give me a hint?

Hi,

InstantiateTemplate request works only with Email Template. Please see below docs page.

You are right. But my description was wrong. I set the id of the email template, which is categorized as service appointment email template and i set the objectid to the id of the service appointment, from which the date should be taken, to fill out the template and the object type to service appointment.

So for me this seems to be right, isnt it?
