When I try to look at Projects in Business Portal 5.1 I get the following error:
A Query was not found at the specified path, /DataViewer/Project Contracts/Contract Periodic Totals - Project Manager.
and
Unable to find the folder, /DataViewer/Projects(2)

If you want to view and modify queries, go to Site Actions > Site Settings > Query Organization (under Business Portal Administration). If you would like more specific information for your problem, please provide more details.
