    Hi Adrian,

    Thanks for your response.

Sorry i can't get it. I chose to develop custom application and that is much easy for me. Life is super easy now :)

    Hi Hammad Qureshi,

The intention is to import the records without the ID fields first so that they exist. Once the records exist you can set the ID fields without issue.

    Hi Hammad Quresh,

You need to do a second pass update for each entity to set the lookup fields correctly.

    For example.

    1. Import Entity 1 (Without Lookup fields mapped)
    2. Import Entity 2 (Without Lookup fields mapped)
    3. Import Entity 1 (With Lookup fields mapped)
    4. Import Entity 2 (With Lookup fields mapped)

    Hi Adrian,

    Thanks for your reply.

Creating another Source component is fine but how can i define that i need the account of opp = "X". because linked data without passing any parameter it's fine.

I'll give you the actual scenario:

We are moving the old crm data to the new crm cloud.

let say we move opps to new crm, the primary contact and account doesn't exist in new crm, the kingswaysoft will give me the error that Accountid doesn't exist or contactid doesn't exist.

Now i need to fetch same missing data using the same program, what i can do is, when it will give the error i will fetch the account id and first create that account in new crm then contact then create an opp in new crm.

This is the thing which i am stuck :(

    Hi Hammad Qureshi,

Create another CRM Source Component and select FetchXML as the Source Type. A text editor will open that allows you to enter a snippet of FetchXML to retrieve the account records linked to opportunity X.
