Show if Sales Order was created from Blanket Sales Order

Hi,

My company uses a lot of Blanket Sales Orders.

We create a Sales Order from a Blanket Sales Order by clicking the Make Order button from the Blanket Sales Order Home tab. I currently don't see a way for our customer service team to tell if the Sales Order was created from a blanket.

We would like to be able to know which of our Sales Orders are created from blankets and which ones have not.

Looking for suggestions on how to handle this requirement. I assume this would involve some development.

I have the same question (0)

There is a field on the sales line that shows the blanket order no. and the blanket order line no.

You can use them to make it visible on the sales line or make a flow field on the salesline to make it visible in the sales header.

Should not be a very hard customization to do, depending on the version you are on.

If you do page inspection/ zoom on the sales line you will easily find the fields.

Hi, as NorthW said, you can use the following fields to know which of our Sales Order Lines are created from blankets.

But it cannot be found directly on Sales Header.

    Hope this will help.

    Thanks.

    Drew,

If you go to the Sales Order you will see a field on the Header called Quote No. In most cases it is hidden so you will need to add it the the page.

    Thanks,

    Steve
