Linked Products not showing up on Sales line

I've setup a linked product in the released product - On Item 10001, Under Commerce Action pane menu, I've added a linked product 10002 with qty 1 and Each as unit.

When I add item 10001 on the Sales order, I expect to see item 10002 added as well. But that is not happening.

Is this an MS bug? Is anyone else experiencing this? Or am I doing something wrong?

    Found it... it never worked from the call center
