To elaborate, the SMS is being sent via Dynamic SMS from the user in CRM to the customer, however when the customer responds to the text, we want the user to receive an email notification of the response.
I have tried to set up a workflow via the SMS entity
I have ensured the user that the email is sending FROM has /allow emails to be sent on my behalf/ turned ON
I have also ensured myself, as the owner of the workflow, has privlages that allow to send emails on another users behalf.
However when i activate the workflow and test, it doesn't work.
