Sales Tax Details Mass Setup

We are going to setup a new company in Dynamics GP 2010 with SQL server 2008 R2.

Our customer needs to set up tax details for their sales. However, we need to set up all sales tax rates provided by the state for CA and WA. Since there are a lot of tax details that we need to setup, it is hard for us to manually setup each one of them. Is there any way we can setup tax details systematically at once?

We are considered to setup by using the integration manager. However, we couldn't figure out how we can map.

Please advise how we can setup tax details for each state sales tax without entering them one by one manually.
