RapidStart read doesn’t import nothing

Hi!!

Nice to meet you!

Please I need your support. 
After I create and download a package, I try to import it again, but Navision 2.016 takes the Excel file but when has to read it and import it, doesn’t take any line and the records are cero. 

Is like Navision take the file, read it, but doesn’t start the importation. 
Have you had the same problem?

    Hi! No, I was thinking that. Do you know how can I work from the new instance? Or on the contrary is not possible?

    Yes it it possible but:

    - Rapidstart package should be the same

    - The Excel file column names should be the same between the two instances

    To troubleshoot, you can extract an excel file from the new instance by using the same Rapidstart package, then check the generated excel file. You can copy data from the old excel file to the new excel file and then import it.
