Customize email body and subject in Collections Management?

Is there a way to add a standard email body to invoice emails that get sent to customers through collections management? I see that the emails come over with a subject of Customer Invoice but there isn't a body in the email. Is it possible to modify the subject line and add body to the email? If so, please tell me how to go about it. Thanks.

Hi,

Create a letter ID under sales-Cards-Collection letters with as an email template and use that while you do an email from collection main screen. Hope this helps.
