We installed MR in 2014 with Dynamics GP, now our 2014 fiscal year is still open (we didn't close it yet) and we can't view 2015 Base Year when generating reports. all i can choose is 2014 in the Base Year
is there some sort of refresh i should be running to view all fiscal years ?

Disregard this , it seems i have a difference between the GL and the Module that is why there is a difference here

There are small differences between GP and MR, sometime the difference 20$ and in order cases $40,
do you think the CU12 will fix this , or is this not related issue

Is this not the same kind of issue that we encounter with GP Reporting when a New Year is open and the year is not done to close the prior year. Is it due to how the data is populated in the GL tables that also can cause MR / FRx and GP Reporting to not report correctly?
Just wondering if this is even related.

Well, you may consider CU12 (2.1.12000.26). It is the most recent release.

Hello again,
Your screen shot shows two types of integration, data mart and legacy. You may remove both of them and start with a new integration as per the steps I mentioned above.
Remember to delete the ManagementReporterDM database. In SQL Management Studio, you will find two databases which are:
1- ManagementReporter
2- ManagementReporterDM
Don't delete ManagementReporter. You should delete the DM one which is built for the data mart.
