Hi! I have downloaded the SDK for CRM 2011 and extrract all the files. I cannot find the Plugin registration tool there. Where is it? Thanks

In the latest 2011 SDK the plugin registration tool is inside the Bin folder (already compiled as .exe)

It is in the Bin Folder, last time it was in the Tool/Plugin Registration Tool and you have to rebuild again..
Now, it is compiled as .exe.

Plugin registration tool is missing. in crm 2013.1 downloads.
Previously i was there, but I don't know the reason it is missing. the download page also distracted.
