HQ Wizard WS250 creates individual Worksheets for each store to be approved

I recently upgraded HQ and 5 stores with Feature pack 2 with version 2.0.2000 SP5 and this issue started right after the upgrade. When I create a WS250 and click finish it randomly creates a multiple sheets for each store instead of creating one worksheet with 5 stores already in it . I have to approve each sheet for each store. Now this is a random issue. It sometimes a create one worksheet like it should and other times it creates 5 individual worksheet for each store that is checked. I re-index the hq database and check for corruption and that didn't work. Has anybody seems this issue before?

Are you running HQ in a VM environment ?

Do you have more than 5 stores?

FP 2 is 2.0.1000

Cumulative Update 5 is 2.0.2000

Can you apply hotfix 60 to all stores?

Are you running HQ Server and Client on the same machine?

What version of SQL are you using?

Are you seeing any other odd behavior associated with worksheets other than 250?
