Hello,

As far as I know there is no out of the box integration with Mailchimp so you can either use one of available on the market (like this - www.powerobjects.com/.../) or build own (using Flow for example).

As for me, the easiest way to create Mailchimp with Dynamics 365 integration is to choose a 3rd-party tool. Among all available on the market, our choice is Skyvia (skyvia.com/.../integrate-dynamics-crm-mailchimp). It provides a near real-time integration and doesn't require any coding.
