Data entity not working Inventory on-hand by site

Hello Everyone,

We are having issue suddenly today with one of the entity where data is showing zero.

Here is:

entity name : Inventory on-hand by site

Staging Table : InventorySiteOnHandStaging

We are in Installed product version : 10.0.13 (10.0.569.20013)Installed platform version : Update37 (7.0.5746.41483)

And the issue is this entity showing 0 value for Physical on Hand and 0 value for Ordered in total

Does anyone having the same issue?

Help will be much appreciated.

Hi Kartik,

Did the entity stop working after the upgrade to 10.0.13? What values can you see for the inventory on-hand in D365 UI?

Also, the entity mentioned by you has been marked as obsolete. You may try InventorySiteOnHandV2Entity instead.

Hello Gunjan,

Thank you for your quick reply. This just stop working today, but we did our upgrade last week.

And I don't see V2 entity under data entities

Hi Kartik,

Did you check the values in the D365 UI? Could you please share a screenshot of the same?

You should be able to see the V2 Entity. The label is "Inventory on-hand by site V2". If you can't see this one, please try refreshing the entities list and try again.

Here what it should be

I am refreshing entity list right now.

But on the other side

We have found the alternative to other is this entity Inventory on-hand by warehouse and inventory status. Which have no issue.

Please check if you are able to get the correct data with the Inventory on-hand by site V2 entity as well.

After refreshing the list, I can see the entities now.

I have checked the data still having same issue with even new entities.
