Reassign Records

I need to remove the Admin who configured our CRM Dynamic 2016 Update 1 solution.  First step I took was to try and reassign his  Records to myself.

When doing so I get this error:

Unexpected Error

An error has occurred.

Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support.

The Error log is:

s:Envelope xmlns:s="schemas.xmlsoap.org/.../envelope"><s:Body><s:Fault><faultcode>s:Client</faultcode><faultstring xmlns:xml="www.w3.org/.../namespace" xml:lang="en-US">An unexpected error occurred.</faultstring><detail><OrganizationServiceFault xmlns="schemas.microsoft.com/.../Contracts"><ErrorCode>-2147220970</ErrorCode><ErrorDetails /><Message>An unexpected error occurred.</Message><Timestamp>2017-03-10T20:23:14.0869022Z</Timestamp><ExceptionSource xmlns:i="www.w3.org/.../XMLSchema-instance" i:nil="true" /><InnerFault><ErrorCode>-2147220970</ErrorCode><ErrorDetails /><Message>System.Exception: Microsoft Dynamics CRM has experienced an error. I have tried this three times, and rebooted my system (not sure why this would help, but always what I go to when something fails).

Any Suggestions before I submit a ticket to Microsoft?
