Sys admin can't view all the hour journals in AX 4.0

Hello,

I got weird issue from the client where 2 users have similar user groups assigned to them.

both have 'Admin' user groups as well.

but one of the user can't view all the hour journals and he can view just 30 odd journals only.

The other user can view it. 

I checked the record level security but it doesn't have anything that would restrict the access for a particular user.

Can anyone help me find what could the reason for the same?

    Check if there is a user group defined on Journal Name setup.
