Hello experts,

I am writing in regards of a requirement I have to develop a Polymorphic/Multi-entity lookup field, referencing Users and Teams, from Incident entity.
Have found a few solutions for this requirement, however, none worked for me so far.
Would like to confirm if this is even a possibility with CRM Dynamics 9.0 On-prem?
If not, what possible solutions are advised to adopt for this functionality.

So far I have tried the following:

Giving me the following exception:

 NameValueType
â–¶$exception{/CreatePolymorphicLookupAttribute#2011/Organization.svc/}System.ServiceModel.FaultException<Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault>

Returning the error below:

{
    /error/: {
        /code//0x8006088a/,
        /message//Resource not found for the segment 'CreatePolymorphicLookupAttribute'./,
        /innererror/: {

        }
    }
}

3. Polymorphic Lookup Manager (XrmToolbox)

Returning the same error as in the first method:

/CreatePolymorphicLookupAttribute#2011/Organization.svc/

Much apreciated,
Tihomir

    Hi Tihomir,

    I have a similar requirement for on-premise CRM and encountered similar errors. Have you been able to find a solution for creating polymorphic lookup fields in on-premise CRM, or have you come across any workarounds?

    I appreciate any insights or guidance you can provide.

    Thanks,
    Vinay

    Hello, unfortunately, I have not found a working solution for this requirement. I have opted for creating two separate fields instead.
