Users should view PRs and POs from there respective department

Hello,

Currently all the users in D365 are able to view All the PRs and All the POs from the organization.

I want users to only view and access  PRs and POs which are created from there respective department.

For example if User1 is from HR department he/she should only see PRs and POs created from HR department.

Even the PRs and POs are created by other users from same department.

Please advise if this can be done by configuration or this need customization.

    For data based security, you need to use XDS.

    Hi,

    There are multiple things here to consider.

    1. Give security role of menu item "PR prepared by me" menu item (Find out right privilege/duty or role)

    2. For creation restrictions, possibly explore Purchasing policy which you can create using Organization hierarchy with purpose internal procurement control

    and last option of course is XDS implementation for field level security
