Hi,

We are implementing GP/Dyanmics 10 and are looking to do soe load testing for the application. Does anyone have any suggestions / recommedations regarding tools or methods?

Hi,

Looks like some of you have been successful load testing GP with LoadRunner, did you run into any issues with encryption? We are using MS GP 2010 and it appears to be all encrypted. Thanks.

That was pretty fast :)
If its ok, can you tell me: 1. What version of LoadRunner are you guys using? and
2. What protocol was used for creating the scripts?
And yes, we do need some good luck on this, because, there isn't as much time as I would have liked.

Hi PK,
We ended up going with Loderunner to run scripts. It seems to have done a decent job putting a load on the server.

Also, the activity monitor in 2008 is a lot better and gives decent visibility.

Hi Jeff,
I see you got no replies.
We at our company are also going to implement Dynamics AX 2009 for AR & Billing modules, and the tool is going to be LoadRunner (9.1/9.5). At this point in time, the project is still in the design phase, and we have not had a chance to see/use the Dynamics app yet, not even in the Sandbox env. So, I do not know how LR is going to react/interact with the app, and I dont know how hard it is gong to be creating Vuser scripts. Should be fun !
I was just wondering if you guys have started the load testing effort on Dynamics. If yes, what tool? and how things are going?
