Model-driven app displaying forms that were not included in the designer

Hello,

I have created a new model driven app for a specific set of users and included contact record and selected only one main form. However when i open the app, i can see all the other main forms. Am i missing something here? I want only a single form to be displayed for that app and not give the choice to user to change between forms. I am logged in as a System Admin. Does this impact which forms are displayed based on the security role?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Nithin

    Hi Partner,

In model driven App designer, Make sure that the form selected is only one and you have selected the form as shown in the screenshot

In UCI you will be able to see only one form which will be loaded by default and not a dropdown

    Hi Nithin,

As Akash explained, make sure to hand pick the forms you want to see included in your apps.
A different way to approach this is to associate Security Roles with each of your forms, so that a set of users have only access to one form, regardless of the app they are using.

Hi Aakash Jain and Henry J.,

For some reason the form i selected in the app designer was not available in the default solution. I created a new form and selected the new form in the app designer and that worked. Thanks for your inputs.

    Regards,

    Nithin
