Hi, I agree with Inge, probably Mandatory is set in Dimension(brand) on the items. You can check in the page below.

The brand code is probably defined as a dimension in your system. So you need to make sure that the brand code dimension is filled on on the transfer order before you post it.
If you are not familiar with dimensions your accountants should be able to point you to the right dimension value to use.
Please check if there is any modifications done on Transfer order posting.
