how to set regarding case on survey response form?

Hi ,

I designed a survey form and distributed it on case resolution .If someone fills the survey and submit it then a survey response is created.But problem is that on survey response form case field is not auto mapped by regarding case value.What to do to set regarding case on survey response form?

Just create a workflow upon survey response record creation and try to set the value based on the customer field in the survey form.

Note: if you are not capturing customer in for in the form it's difficult for you to map the related record.
