Rebuild RM Keys?

During applying documents in Receivables, I got error message "The selected document may be damaged. Please rebuild RM Keys file to correct it." I am not seeing anything in Knowledge Base. Anyone had this problem before?

    You might try running Check Links on the Receivables Open Transaction Files. This has solved similar errors.

    Step 1) Have everyone exit GP

    Step 2) Perform Backup

    Step 3) Using SQL issue the command Delete RM00400

    Step 4) Go into GP and run Check Links on the Open and Historical AR Transaction tables

    The RM00400 table is the Receivables Key Master table. By deleting it and then running Check Links you completely repopulate the table based on transactions found in the open and historical tables.

    I thought the RM00401 was the RM Keys master table, but I might have been wrong all that time...

    I apologize for the typo. The RM Key master table is RM00401.After deleting the records in this table and then running check links you will get a long list of all the receivables documents that have been recreated. Make sure you have a backup and that no one is in GP while you are doing this.
